Cleaning Supplies:
I'm including links so you can see what to look for in the store. Most of these are less expensive in a local store than purchased online.
The following are ingredients for making many household cleaners for less money and less toxicity:
Borax
Super Washing Soda
Bar Soap (without moisurizers) like Ivory (YES THE CHEAP STUFF)
or
Phels Naptha (This is a bar soap for rubbing on laundry stains for removal)
Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Liquide Castile Soap
These two ingredients are not things you'd want your kids to drink or get a lot on their skin, but are good for some cleaners and still less toxic than what you generally find in the store( and definitely cheaper).
Rubbing Alcahol
Hydrogen Peroxide
Some other household Items you will need:
Toilet Paper
Sanitary napkins (pads for menstruation)
Clothing (or fabric to sew if your very good with a needle and patterns)
Paper and plastic products may help cut back on water usage if that's a concern.
